Cedar Lane Regional Park

All age groups will be played at the one complex (Cedar Lane)
Luck of the Draw is a competitive lacrosse tournament for boys and girls ages 7/8 through 13/14.  Following MYLA guidelines, we will have an A & B division in all age groups.  Rules and Referees will parallel MYLA.

Luck of the Draw Rules:
1. Each team will  play 4, 25 minute games
2. 1 time out per game (can not be used in the last 3 minutes of a game)
3. Four goal rule in affect - if a team is leading by 4 or more goals, the draw or faceoff will be eliminiated and the ball will be awarded to the trailing team at mid field (except to start the second half).
4. No over time in regular play
5. A 3 minute period will be played to break a tie in playoff/championship games.  If the game is still tied after the 3 minute period, then a 2 man brave-heart (+ a goalie) will decide the winner.
6. No HS players will be allowed to participate.
7. All ejections (player, coach or fan) will be removed from the complex and not allowed to return.
8. All USL rules will be followed for each age group.

 Number of Players on the Field:
7/8 boys = 7 vs. 7
7/8 girls = 8 vs. 8
9/10-13/14 boys = 10 vs. 10
9/10-13/14 girls = 12 vs. 12

 Scoring and Ranking:
1. All teams have 3 regular play games
2. Scoring criteria and tie-breakers:
a. final record
b. head to head competition
c. goals against
d. flip a coin
3. Playoff games may not end in a tie - see above

 Score Reporting:
A field manager will be seated at the 50 yard line of each field.  The field manager will record and report the score.  Please see the field manager at the completion of each game for confirmation of the final score.

Player Eligibility:
All players must play in their age group
No HS players may participate
A player may only play on one team (exception - goal keepers, but it must be approved by the tournament director)
All players must be rostered
Rosters will be on hand at hte main tent
