 Fall Training @ Bel Air Athletic Club
Wednesdays, October 29 - December 10
2nd-5th grade 4:45-6:00pm
6th-8th grade 6:15-7:30pm
HS 7:45-9:00pm
Cost: $120.00 per player

HS group will be mostly lacrosse specific speed, agility & conditioning with work on individual stick skills.
 
2nd - 8th grad group will be 40 minutes of lacrosse skill training and 35 minutes of lacrosse specific speed, agility & conditioning.
 
Topics Covered:
stick handling (and under pressure), moving with the ball, moving without the ball, cutting and receiving, 1v1 moves, 1v1 defense, shooting, finishing under pressure.
